Online order step

1) Once finish adding item to cart, click check out

2)System will prompt to register/login

3) If you never create an account in our system, please fill in your email address and click "create your account".Kindly fill in all the information.

4)Once login,system will bring to select the delivery method

 * System will auto waive the shipping charge if your order amount entitled for free shipping.

 * By default, we will use poslaju malaysia and skynet as our delivery method. If you wish to choose other delivery agent kindly let us know.

5) Payment method as below:

  * Pay by Bank Wire  - Payment through online transfer,cash machine bank in, cheque bank in.

 * Pay by Paypal - Paypal, credit card payment

6) Click " I confirm my order" if total amount to pay is correct. 

7) Check your payment status in the order form from time to time.Our system will send an email to confirm the payment.

8) You may check your order status from time to time through   "My order " tab.However, system will auto send email to your  email address for any update status.

9)Send a message or inform us through "Contact us" corner about total payment made.

10) You may follow our status about your order step by step.Tracking number will be send once delivered.

  You may also send message to us through "Add a message" at the bottom of your order .

   We will send an email to you once your order been delivered. 

11)The system will display the loyalty point from total order made.

12)The loyalty point may be transform into a discount voucher.
