Delivery Policy

1) There is 2 type delivery :

 a) Delivery from Comian warehouse : 1-3 working days 

 b) Oversea Delivery : 7-10 working days.

2) If customer order oversea items & ready stock at same order number , we will combine and ship together. 

 1) Packages are generally dispatched the same/next day (except public holiday) after receipt of payment and are shippend by courier method as below:

a) Poslaju/Skynet/Aramex/ 

b) self -pickup at outlet ( only for KL sg wang plaza) - kindly call before pickup

2) After product shipped ,tracking number will be given.If you prefer delivery by other alternative method,so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

* Self-pickup at KL sg wang outlet is available now.

3) Daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 2pm (Local Time) to send out your order on the same day.  Payment received after cut-off time will be send out the next day. However, it is possible to send out your order on the same day if parcel collection is not yet done.

4) Parcel will be send out :

     Monday - Friday except public holiday

     Saturday (depend if collection parcel available) - payment must made on friday.

5) Comian reserves the right to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods.

6) Once parcel has been sent out, we will send notification email to inform you together with tracking number provided after 6pm daily.

7) Comian will not be responsible for any additional cost to resend the parcel if invalid address given during delivery.The cost will be bear by buyer.

8) Postage Delivery Charge :

     West Malaysia - RM 6   (FREE POSTAGE FOR PURCHASE ABOVE RM100)  

      East Malaysia - RM10  (FREE POSTAGE FOR PURCHASE ABOVE RM150)

8) Delivery Timeline

     West Malaysia -  1 -2 days working days

     East Malaysia   - 2-3 working days

 9) Courier Service Company:

 10) Self- pickup at outlet ( KL, Sg wang Plaza)

  1) Choose Option " pickup in store" as shipping method.

    2) Once payment done, our customer service will make ready the product in store and customer may pickup start from next day.

   3)  Product is allow to place in store for maximum 2 month .Kindly print out the order invoice/ scan invoice images and present to promoter upon pickup.

11）International shipping will use registered post with tracking. Delivery will take 2 weeks time depend on the country transit time.
